On June 19, 2025, the School of Automation convened a Spring Graduate Supervisor Training and Discipline Development Symposium. Chaired by Dean Zhang Gexiang and Vice Dean Liu Peng, the meeting engaged all supervisors in studying key regulations like China’s Degree Law and university-specific implementation rules. Dean Zhang emphasized supervisors’ full-process management responsibilities, while participants discussed adding new master’s programs and dynamic discipline optimization, providing a strategic foundation for the school’s development.
