The 2025 International Conference on Membrane Computing and International Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Manufacturing (ICMC & AIIM 2025) convened in Chengdu from September 19–21. Organized by the School of Automation at Chengdu University of Information Technology and co-sponsored by multiple institutions, the hybrid event brought together over 100 global experts, including IEEE Fellows and academy members. Keynote speakers such as Prof. Giancarlo Fortino and Prof. Mohsen Guizani presentedresearch, facilitating interdisciplinary dialogue on membrane computing, AI, and smart manufacturing through thematic reports and interactive sessions.
