On October 28, 2025, the School of Automation invited Liu Hongwen, Senior Engineer and Director of the Mechanical and Materials Technology Research Center at CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, to deliver an academic report titled "New Energy Intelligent Control Technologies in the Context of Dual-Carbon Goals." Chaired by Dean Zhang Gexiang, the session explored industry opportunities under carbon neutrality, CRRC’s advancements in transportation and energy sectors, and key technologies like wind turbine intelligent control. The event facilitated valuable industry-academia dialogue for students and faculty, enhancing integration of research and practical applications.
