Hereceivedthe Ph.D.degree fromUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC),wasthe PostdoctoralResearcherwithHong Kong Polytechnic University,was thevisiting scholarwiththe University of California(San Diego), andwas thehigh-level overseas talentinSichuan;He visited Waikato Institute of Technology (WINTEC, Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand) for further studyin2010;He visited the University of California(San Diego)for further study in 2014;Since 2020, he has been engaged in research in the field of artificial intelligence at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU); He once served as the technical director and deputy general manager of several science and technology companies, and once served as the digital circuit teaching and research section, laboratory director and EDA laboratory director of the Engineering Practice Center. Therewerenearly 30 national, provincial, ministerial and horizontal topics under research and conclusion,and therewerenearly 30 papers indexed by SCI, EI, etc. published, nearly 30 national invention and utility model patents authorized, and 5 academic and foreign monographs published;He won the first prize of scientific and technological innovation of China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology Industrialization, and the title of the fifth Sichuan Excellent Young Meteorological Science and Technology Worker; He served as the chairman of the 5th and 6th Asian International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technology (2022ACAIT, 2021ACAIT) in SichuanofChina,themember of the academic committee of the 7th IEEE International Conference on Data Science and Systems (IEEE DSS-2021),and themember of the technical procedures committee of the 14th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (2022ICSPS).
