Advanced Control Theory and Applications Team

The Advanced Control Theory and Applications team consists of more than 10 members, including 6 faculties with Ph.D. degreesand3 master’s supervisors.

The main research areas include:

1.Intelligent computing, pattern recognition and intelligent system, intelligent information processing

2.Finite-time/fixed-time nonlinear system control and its applications

3.Motor drive control technology and its application

4.Intelligent system integration technology and its application

5.Thermal-fluid analysis, environmental-adaptability analysis, design of precision mechanical structure

6.Radio energy transmission technology, robust control, modeling and control of power electronics

7.Design and controlfluid machinery

8.Research and application on energy, new energy and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technology

The team has undertaken more than 30 national, provincial, ministerial and enterprise entrusted projects, and obtained more than 4 million yuan on project funds. The team has published 2 Chinese monographs, more than 60 “three types of high-quality” academic papers, including over 20 papers indexed by SCI, obtained more than 10 national authorized patents and 2 software copyrights and formulated 9 national and enterprise standards. The team has won the third prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Industrialization Award, and the Excellent Standard Award, etc.

The team’s projects on the research and development of special intelligent equipment include automatic white paper unsealing line of banknote printing company, white spirit pilot test system, concrete operation robot for ballastless track construction, etc.Examples of projects on research and applications in motion control theory include robust adaptive sliding mode control for attitude and center of gravity motion of hypersonic vehicle, kinematics and dynamics analysis of miniaturized patrol robots, trajectory planning simulation of dual-arm space robots, and research on high efficiency energy-saving AC servo control technology based on feedforward control, etc.
